Order Processing
We will process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If your order is placed over or during a holiday we may need another 24 hours to process. Now Mother Nature sometimes has her hand in when she can, and if she decides to act up that may affect delivery times and this is not something we can control, but we will do our very best to get her to cooperate with us whenever we can.

Taxes
We are required to collect Canadian taxes on Canadian orders. Orders placed in Ontario must pay PST.

We will ship to anywhere in the world! We only want very happy customers, yet staying on top of tariffs, duties and taxes in other countries is not something we can manage. So depending on what your countries rates are, you may have to pay customs and duties when your shipment arrives. We are not responsible for these fees. But we understand you can go and check out what your country's policies are on the internet. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience, we always want to make shopping a fun and painless experience.

Payment Options
We'd like it if your shopping experience on line was only full of fun and excitement but, everything has a downside and that would be having to pay for these fun products. So to make it a little quicker and less painful we do accept: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Money orders or Bank Drafts in Canadian Funds only. Please make money orders and bank drafts payable to "Onestroke Canada ".**
If you are at all leary of using our secure on line shopping system you may call in your credit card number to (905) 773-8345 and we will process it for you over the phone.

**We do not accept personal cheques. If a payment should be sent by a personal cheque or, if a bank draft or money order is sent in another country's currency, it will be returned and the order will not be processed.

Our Return Policy and Guarantee
We want only happy satisfied customers, but on the off chance that you may have a problem with a product, don't worry we will refund your money or replace the product if for some reason it may be defective. You just have to send the product back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will credit your charge card or refund the money if you paid by money order or bank draft. When it comes to bottles of paints, sealers or finishes we cannot give a refund if the bottle has been opened and seals removed. Returned merchandise which is marked or used in any manner will not be refunded. This refund does not include the original cost of shipping and handling.

Backorder Policy
We always try to keep a full stock of everything we sell, but occasionally fate steps in and for some reason we may be out of stock of an item. If this is the case that item is listed on line as temporarily out of stock. We will not have backorders so your order will be adjusted if we happen to run out of a product before sending your order out to you. It is best that the customer checks back in a few days reorders the product that may have been temporarily out of stock or if you wish you can hold off briefly and place your full order all at once. We hope that this will not happen but once again we can not control all aspects of deliveries to our location and we do our best to keep our full line in stock at all times. If you like you are always welcome to contact us at our contact page and we can let you know what the status is on any product that may be temporarily out of stock.
